Product Training Process

3 min read

Every equipment installation from ICare Life includes hands-on training for the staff who will use and maintain the device day to day. Training is typically split into two parts: clinical operation for the medical staff who will run the equipment during patient care, and technical orientation for the biomedical or facilities team responsible for upkeep.

Clinical training covers day-to-day operation, powering on, running tests or readings, interpreting alerts, and basic troubleshooting for common issues. Technical orientation goes deeper into maintenance schedules, consumable replacement, and when to escalate to our support team.

Sessions are conducted on-site, using your own equipment and, where relevant, real clinical scenarios your team is likely to encounter. We also leave behind reference materials so staff can review procedures after the session.

Additional refresher training can be arranged for new hires or when a department wants a deeper walkthrough of specific features.
