A smooth installation starts well before our technicians arrive on-site. Most delays come down to a handful of practical details: available floor or counter space, electrical capacity, and how the new equipment fits into your existing clinical workflow.

For larger equipment such as patient monitors, central stations, or hyperbaric chambers, we recommend confirming room dimensions, door clearances, and power requirements ahead of the scheduled installation date. Our team will share a site-readiness checklist specific to your equipment during the order process.

It also helps to identify which staff members will be present on installation day, especially the biomedical engineer or department head who will take ownership of the equipment afterward.

Once on-site, our technicians handle unpacking, setup, calibration, and functional testing, then walk your team through basic operation before signing off on the installation.
