Product Demonstrations Explained
3 min readA product demonstration gives your clinical and technical staff hands-on time with equipment before committing to a purchase. It's an opportunity to see how a device performs in practice, not just on a spec sheet, and to ask questions specific to your facility's workflow.
Demos can take place at our office, at your facility, or in some cases virtually, depending on the equipment involved and what's practical for your team. On-site demos are especially useful for larger equipment, since they let you evaluate how a device fits into your actual space and routine.
To get the most out of a demo, bring the staff who will actually use the equipment day to day, and come prepared with questions about your specific use cases, patient volume, common scenarios, and any workflow constraints unique to your department.
Requesting a demo doesn't commit you to a purchase. It's simply the best way to confirm that a device is the right fit before making a decision.
